Directions to Verida Farm:

Note: These directions use roads that allow commercial vehicles. In some cases, drivers of passenger vehicles may want to select parkways if they are available. Please refer to a map to view your options.

From New Jersey and South:

  1. Follow 1-287 NORTH until it intersects with the New York Throughway (1-87).
  2. Follow the NY Thruway NORTH to Exit 17 - Newburgh.
  3. After paying the toll, follow signs to 1-84 EAST
  4. Take 1-84 EAST to Exit 15 - Lime Kiln Road.
  5. At the bottom of the ramp, go RIGHT on Lime Kiln Road (Rte. 27) back under the highway.
  6. Follow Lime Kiln Road approx. 1 mile to Rte. 52.
  7. Go RIGHT on Rte. 52, headed EAST.
  8. Stay on Rte. 52 East for approx. 4 miles until Rte. 216 forks LEFT.
  9. Take the LEFT fork on Rte. 216.
  10. Follow Rte. 216 as it turns LEFT at a gas station (1 mile +/-).
  11. Stay on Rte. 216 until it ends at a traffic light on Rte. 55 (5 miles +/-).
  12. Go RIGHT on Rte. 55 and then immediately LEFT on Pleasant Ridge Road (Rte. 32).

From Coastal Connecticut and Rhode Island

  1. Follow 1-95 SOUTH to 1-287 WEST (In NY, just past the NY/CT line, Exit 21).
  2. Take 1-287 WEST to 1-684 NORTH.
  3. Follow 1-684 NORTH to END - Becomes Rte. 22 toward Pawling.
  4. Follow Rte.22 NORTH to Rte. 55 WEST (12 miles +/-).
  5. Follow Rte. 55 WEST 6 miles (over 3 hills) to Pleasant Ridge Road (Rte. 32) on right.
  6. Turn RIGHT on Pleasant Ridge Road.

From Northwestern Connecticut, Northern New England

  1. Follow 1-84 WEST to Exit 20 in New York (3 miles west of NY/CT line).
  2. Take Exit 20, Stay RIGHT on ramp following signs for Rte. 22 NORTH toward Pawling.
  3. Follow Rte.22 NORTH to Rte. 55 WEST (12 miles +/-).
  4. Follow Rte. 55 WEST 6 miles (over 3 hills) to Pleasant Ridge Road (Rte. 32) on right.
  5. Turn RIGHT on Pleasant Ridge Road.

From Upstate New York

  1. Take New York Thruway (1-87) SOUTH to Exit 1 7 - Newburgh
  2. After paying the toll, follow signs to 1-84 EAST.
  3. Take 1-84 EAST to Exit 1 5 - Lime Kiln Road.
  4. At the bottom of the ramp go RIGHT on Lime Kiln Road (Rte. 27) back under the highway.
  5. Follow Lime Kiln Road approx. 1 mile to Rte. 52.
  6. Go Right on Rte. 52 headed EAST.
  7. Stay on Rte. 52 East for approx. 4 miles until Rte. 216 Forks LEFT.
  8. Take the LEFT fork on Rte. 216.
  9. Follow Rte. 216 as it turns LEFT at a gas station (1 mile +/-).
  10. Stay on Rte. 216 until it ends at a traffic light on Rte. 55 (5 miles +/-).
  11. Go RIGHT on Rte. 55 and then immediately LEFT on Pleasant Ridge Road (Rte. 32).

Final Turns

  1. Follow Pleasant Ridge Road 1 mile to sharp right bend.
  2. Just past the bend there is a fork where Gardner Hollow Road goes off to the right as Pleasant Ridge. Road swings left.
  3. Take the RIGHT fork onto Gardner Hollow Road (sign for Verida Farm).
  4. Verida Farm is 1/2 mile on LEFT (#279).
